If you need a meeting with them they tell you that you have to make the appointment by phone and if you call them (10 times in a day) no one answers the phone.
They make fun of you!
The staff don't want to work and unfortunately they are sometimes also rude!
A scandalous thing.
Virtually impossible to talk to them on the phone for information or to make an appointment. Staff not very helpful and courteous.
If you try to contact them by phone they either don't answer or get busy signal. Really painful.
Unfortunately painful, I'm sorry only for those three really good employees, mail service and disappointing
