Attention to the customer, at least in my case of course, nothing. The consultants, rather than receiving me, preferred to have a living room with dubious tones and volume with another family / client. After a useless wait, I went out losing only time and patience.

I was this morning at Totauto di Novara for the second service of my Kia Ceed SW; they were punctual, precise, courteous and scrupulous.In the meantime, I visited Mr. Roberto Damanzio at the dealership who welcomed me with true elegance and his proverbial availability and kindness.It's really nice to appreciate the beauty of the Kia fleet! Soon, I will buy another one, maybe a Sportage gt-line!
