Large shop in Galliate near the castle, I went because I was interested in a brand of kitchens. There is a vast exposure oriented more towards the modern, only for this I have not put 5 stars, for my personal taste turned to the classic. However there was a beautiful model to my liking. For the rest, I was very well received by Sergio, who illustrated me well from the catalog the various classic models of the brand of my interest as well as giving me many other explanations, it was a pleasant meeting.
I went for the replacement of the built-in refrigerator in the kitchen (bought in that shop years ago), the gentleman who welcomed me took the data and told me that he would send me an employee in the afternoon to take the measurements. (Saturday 17 / 10/20)
No one has shown up to date. (Thursday 12/11/20)
To highlight the "education" towards the customer!
We are not found at all well, kitchen with damaged doors a little chipped, available to change them but they say they recall and never call back ..... they come back to change the doors and still ruined from the factory .. they go back ... they come back the third time change everything ok except that all the pieces had them nn ... I give up nn I want to know more okay and bom the kitchen is beautiful but I ask myself the professionalism to call the customer urgently since there is a problem where did the professionalism go ??? nn I will never buy anything from you again because I think the customer should be followed even after if there is any problem (as you did) but after we called and called back and called back! never again !!!
