One star is little. Of a rudeness never seen before. We wanted to buy a pair of Birkenstocks but my boyfriend, having never tried them before, was deciding which model would suit him. Unfortunately, however, we heard the lady complain about the time it was taking to decide (according to her three hours .. actually 20 minutes). Cornered, we therefore decided not to buy. At that point they started saying "you kept us here an hour for nothing" etc .. but are we kidding ?! They sent us out of the club in a way that I am not here to specify but indescribable. A rage !!! Trust me, change jobs! Which is not really for you. You don't deserve a penny !!!!
