Wonderful location. The territory is the real strength of this coastal center. A very long coastline with beautiful sandy beaches, more or less fine, with a lush Pineta behind. All embellished with wetlands, rivers, ponds and canals. A crystalline sea with the Ogliastra Island in the background. A wild and fascinating hinterland with a beautiful wood of cork, carob and holm oak trees. The historic center with ancient manor houses with a large inner courtyard, a medieval castle. A vast archaeological area with a pre-Nuragic site. Quite covered from the point of view of accommodation with some resorts, hotels, 5 campsites and a fair number of bed and breakfasts.

A truly pretty location. One of the many pearls of the Ogliastra coast. The peculiarity of the Lotzorai territory is that of having a variety of unique landscapes in just 1700 hectares. From the sea to the beaches passing through its beautiful fresh and lush pine forests. The ponds near the sea, not to mention the fascinating prenuragic necropolis which is located a few kilometers from the town. A paradise!

For many years I have been coming on holiday and I have to note that the Municipality of Lotzorai has a beautiful territory rich in beautiful landscapes.
