Mi sono servito degli infissi e delle porte interne COFIF, materiali di buona qualità , MA STATE LONTANI dallo showroom di Torino, perchè scarsa professionalità e maleducazione del personale vi aspettano alle porte. Il sig. ....... in caso di problemi gestisce la pratica con menefreghismo ed assenza. Mi hanno creato un problema con danni collaterali e non solo non l'hanno risolto prima di un anno ma si sono rifiutati in modo estremamente maleducato di rimborsare i danni Riuscirete solo ad essere aiutati interpellando la sede centrale. Ci sono molti altri produttori da interpellare, vi suggerisco di ricercare altrove i vostri infissi/porte interne

To solve all the problems resulting from incorrect measurements, the laying of 5 frames (complete with bins, electrically motorized blinds, mosquito nets) assigned to external fabricators lasted six days. At the moment the situation is embarrassing. The fixtures open with difficulty, and present constructive defects and problems during the opening phase. Also the most serious thing is that there is not a test phase, and according to COCIF everything conforms to the contract and the quality of the product ordered. We are not talking about the arrogance and lack of professionalism of the people we spoke with during these months of agony. I'm sorry to say, but the only solution to the various complaints of dissatisfied customers of the COCIF product is CLOSE.

Cocif sells a reliable, Italian and well-made product. The survey is carried out with care by Mr. Michele, who also follows the installation of doors, windows, stairs and any product delivered to the customer. The kindness of Mrs. Katia crowns a good service that is worth trying.

We have changed the windows in two apartments and we felt good considering the value for money but also considering the professionalism and availability of the sellers.
