Continued non-refunds even in the presence of medical records. The practices are accepted more easily after the third entry always with the same data. Like all insurance ... promises to raise money ... then nothing.

What a disservice with a capital D. Call center non-existent, practices rejected for no reason, the same practice is rejected for you, the neighbor is approved, delays and biblical times after a thousand reminders in ticket refunds. What are they waiting to close?

Bad. They do wait a long time for people who need medical services, I fear with the aim of making them give up. They refuse the vouchers giving brief explanations. Unreachable on the phone. I hope the manager of this insurance will be changed soon

It is a real scam. I have been insured for several years even with the most complete policy, recommended to me by one of their consultants, the XXL and every application entered is rejected! Any Refunds Declined! Not to mention the very high deductibles! It's impossible to manage and to use .... it's a waste of money.
