I have been their customer for 7 years with my shop, in this time I have never received a visit, never a new proposal, but it is not a problem. I find myself having to stop my business, so I send the cancellation by fax on schedule. Ten days after the expiry of the policy, I am warned that my cancellation is not valid because it has been sent by fax. I expose my situation, that I'm going to close the business so I really don't need it anymore. I would like to point out that they could have informed me that the fax was not valid, to this they reply that they have repeatedly tried to call me (mail, letters, pec, registered mail? Mandatory only for the customer). The fact is that in more than 60 days of notice I only became aware of the ineffectiveness of my fax 10 days after the deadline and I find myself paying the premium without appeal. If you are looking for a service better look elsewhere.
