EXCEPTIONAL! across both Patrizia Ariella ... now that are 18 going to them ... I started with Bidi, the first cat, and then I continued with Kelly hound Bavarian and the other 2 cats and Tinkerbell Buricchio in ... so many years I go to them I never even had a bad experience with any of 4. Exellent, knowledgeable and very scrupolose..e would add very human and sensitive ... really love animals and it shows! In the last year I had to greet the Bidi and Kelly, now very old and sick, have just crossed the rainbow bridge ... availability is the sweetness with which Ariella has "accompanied" to the end is priceless. .. and I can only tell them a THANK YOU FROM THE DEEPER HEART !!
