You can hardly call this place a museum. The castle that is hosted in is fantastic, but do not expect much from the degustation.

The exhibition of tools is interesting and the video explaining the slaughtering process of the past and the current one is very nice. A must see if you are in the area.

Small but interesting museum well integrated in the splendid castle of Felino. A series of rooms in the cellars of the castle with many illustrative panels of the history of the local salami, recognized as gastronomic excellence. Many historical tools on processing and a short film in the last room above the icebox. Accompanied by the talented Valentina, we were able to fully experience the past and the present of the prized salami.
