I go to the ATM, it does not work, I wait 15 minutes in line, I enter, they tell me to wait 5 minutes, after more than 5 minutes I point out that I have an urgent need to withdraw and I hear "there are other ATMs too, eh". I understand the disservice caused by the computer system (which happens too often anyway), but in case of disservice I would expect a little courtesy, or at least not the most total arrogance. Next time, instead of changing ATMs, I'll change the bank directly.

Fully satisfied for the kindness and professionalism that I found. The Director is also very prepared and has been very helpful.
