Worst customer service by just one RACIST worker in Unicredit bank, Gagarin branch, Bologna, Italy. All the staff there is very friendly except for this one "uneducated, rude" man. I (who's a foreigner) went to Unicredit bank & there was this racist UNEDUCATED man (whom I can't even call an officer) in the cashier who spoke so nicely with the Italian man who went before me but didn't even greet me when I greeted him, then stared at me & did my payment as if he was treating for an animal. He himself looks as some foreigner as a Moroccan or someone & hope the management will take the necessary steps to remove this animal (who doesn't even know how to treat their daily customers properly) from the structure. Thank you!

I confirm the average of the reviews. Branch that is only good for the ATM (luckily I never happened to find it out of order) I also noticed different behaviors based on the ethnicity of the customer, this bothered me a lot, it annoys me a lot not to have intervened (giving the peasant and the troglodyte to those who had just served me) but only for lack of time. I go there as little as possible, and I will never transfer my account here.

I can't give 0 stars but this branch if there is a clerk at the counter, their interest is only to make profit. My retail has an account here and in addition to paying, you also need to exchange coins, but they don't do it ... well it's not possible, so shitty service .... for me they can also close this branch, useless, always closed and machines that always have problems
