I do not understand the negative comments, I have had the current account for thirty years in many different branches of unicreditbanca, and this is the best ever because: they almost always answer me on the phone, they are very prepared, punctual, very kind, considerate , professional and a lot of patience have shown me that they often receive me. Then unicredit is a name, a guarantee, you can always rest assured.

This morning I went to the Unicredit bank in Comacchio to make a transfer to the treasury. The lady at the cash desk began by telling me that the transaction could not be carried out and I left the bank after she started to raise her voice. A bit "dated" the place. The pick-up point is quite old, I almost expected the noise of the dot matrix printer to issue the receipt. Even the camera that controls the withdrawals seems to be from 1970. Fortunately, euro and not lira came out.
