4 stars as a whole and after 12 years. I could have given more, but I could have given much less if I had focused on the initial result. Very negative experience for having used editors (but not all) unspeakable and not very respectful for the things of others paid in sweat. The stars, all 4, distributed among vendors, assistance and the owner Nardini who practically had to glue the replacement of the kitchen apart from the doors and half tops. From the nightmare of the honeymoon to not even having where to cook to today after 12 years to attest the quality of the furniture purchased. Thanks and good job.

I had already purchased in the past, with some problems in delivery times, but the experience I had this year was disastrous, regardless of the covid stop. Delays in delivering parts that were missing or wrong not once but three times. unprofessional assembly staff, impossible to relate to the management for the rudeness shown and the amount of excuses they tell, they would like to make you believe that the fault of what happened is the customer because he does not shut up and does not accept any damage or error. furthermore, having previously bought from a low-cost furniture shop to furnish a beach house, I discovered that the wardrobe delivered to me by Nardini was exactly the same as that. same company but price doubled .......

imposing but deceptive structure, they also deal with good companies with competitive prices. But it ends here, what you think you have saved you pay off with the poor quality of services, delays and errors. The editors are quite unique and confused, but at least they put a lot of effort into it. The worst comes when you deal with the administration and customer care, rude and incompetent. to finish the supply it was an odyssey of wrong pieces and phone calls, weird apologies, forced to suffer, as they ask for payment before delivery .......

There was some delay in delivery and the color of the table legs was wrong, but it was all fixed by the assistance. As a first experience I would say positive
