The baby food plan arrived partially scratched and after having sent the photos attesting the failure, my exchange request was immediately accepted by the seller. They were very fast and within 15 days the courier passed by and collected the damaged product and delivered the new one to me. I purchased the Cbx trio from Bimbi Megastore for my baby. The shop is beautiful and the choice vast, the girls very kind, prepared and available, know how to help in the choice by finding the compromise between need and budget. The prices are excellent, even better than many websites that only sell online. I would like to thank all the staff for the fantastic after-sales assistance I received, efficiency and courtesy far exceeding all expectations. I did not have direct contact with the store, I ordered from the site (stokke crib plus other accessories) everything arrived more than a week in advance, perfectly packed and comparing with other sites the unbeatable prices. Among other things, the site constantly updates the order status. Definitely recommend!
