Want to Land Rover, and when one enters this world we talk about important figures but perhaps from DMJ the relationship with customers is not important. The incoming boy answered my good morning only after he finished texting and charging his smartphone and when I asked him to see and do a test driver on a car I was directed to another seller who, very politely , left me his mobile number to make an appointment for a quote / and test driver.
(... I saw him chatting and ... do I have to make an appointment for a quote? ...)
Given the urgency of the car, I asked him if something was available for immediate delivery ... he replied to go to the site and see for myself. 🤦♂️
THANKS BUT I DECIDED TO GO TO ANOTHER LAND ROVER DEALER and maybe I will find who, politely, will answer the greeting and maybe direct me to the right car for my family needs.
