The Macarro beach is one of the most beautiful coves on the coast because it is totally surrounded by nature, behind there is vegetation and in front of the sea. Not far away, under the shade of the vegetation, there is a large paid parking (5 €) as well as a small row of free places along the road leading to the parking lot. From the parking lot to the beach there is a comfortable staircase, not binding, but not accessible to people with disabilities. In the cove there are two beaches equipped with every type of service that unfortunately have occupied a large part of the beach leaving only a free corner. In this regard, I list two negative notes of the free part: it is the first to be invaded by the shadow with the sunset and the water, for the first meters from the shore, is probably freezing due to the introduction of spring waters from the subsoil. . Be careful not to place the towel on the shoreline of one of the two beaches because the managers seem to be very attentive to the rules despite not respecting them personally: if the shoreline must be left free to allow bathers to pass through, I don't see why they should. to be parked sunbeds and equipment such as pedal boats and canoes. Rights must be exercised in both directions and not unilaterally! I highly recommend you to explore the adjacent coves by sea, they are spectacular, real natural pools, you will see the colors of the water ranging from blue to green depending on the type of seabed.
