Great service and very friendly
I put a star out of obligation, eusebi di fano. To premise that at 5 years that I go there to do the service, my brake pedal was too low to be able to brake the car, so I bring it there to solve the problem, after a working day they can't solve it, and they tell me that the problem is about the abs, it must be said that it works perfectly and does not report any failure. in summary I go to a non ford mechanic and he understands the problem in 5 minutes and solves it in 20 minutes. and I spend 15 euros. then I go back to the Ford to tell them and I am told that they did not understand how I had solved the problem without changing abs, or said that I have adjusted the rear brakes and now brakes immediately and they told me that to adjust those are done via computer there are parameters to follow, never again at the ford.
I have had to deal with the sellers and with the ladies of the office and with the workshop staff, the former always very professional and kind, on the other hand the workshop staff is very rude and surly towards external visitors, what can I say, great to buy, but it is to be hoped that you do not need to have assistance on your car so as not to experience a bad quarter of an hour!
Unprofessional, I made an appointment and the car wasn't there. Road made in vain, then they called me back saying to move the car to have it tested in Ancona, disappeared. Morale I went elsewhere and bought.
