Bad to avoid! Good at selling but when you need warranty service they don't take their responsibilities and go to the blame with the extra warranty that comes with the vehicle. Let's get to the facts! Car purchased at the end of February with 6 years and 100,000 km, according to them in perfect condition. In less than 6 months and 2000 km, abnormal consumption of oil. Diagnosis of their guarantee: engine defective and therefore to be redone asking me for more than half the amount. In the meantime the seller washes his hands of it, not caring about the one written on the sales contract, and always bounces on the additional guarantee. Conclusions: seller to avoid, does not respect contracts. Useless additional guarantee, they only make you spend money and are never clear, then they change the amounts as they wish. Update in response to the owner . The car had 107,000 km with house LPG. All communications or offers were by telephone. I was never given a document or an email on the condition of the vehicle or on the offers made. Over the phone I told you that I would have turned to a lawyer! But that he told me not to proceed and a lie of yours you do not know what I did. On the engine the words of your manager I spoke to were: (the engine has had abnormal wear so it is not repairable) you should have the registrations there. Replacement car every discount was offered to me by the mechanic even telling me that a week late was his fault for ordering the wrong components. So here you don't hit anything. Too much to say and little space .... Professionalism, courtesy, competence, excellent organization, almost familiar warmth and sympathy of all, from the Ladies to the Owner passing through the very competent Mechanic. Our negotiation was nothing short of particular, we shared perhaps one of the worst moments of our lives, an epidemic, waiting together to get a glimmer of normalcy again. Sale dated March 9, fateful date, and from that day both eager to conclude ... I look forward to having the vehicle and they restless to please and satisfy the customer. Now I ride happy with my Zafira here in Rome remembering every time I go up the vicissitudes to have it and the friendliness and professionalism of the Oroauto staff. So excellent, continue on this road and you will make kilometers!
