Point of sale not recommended - I placed an order for a mattress and 2 pillows after 15 days their logistics call me to make an appointment for delivery (mandatory home delivery) I take a day off and here is the first surprise only the pillows arrive , obviously I do not accept a partial delivery and I send them back.The next day the courier calls me .... he has only the mattress but now he is under the house and I accept the partial delivery. I call back the store in question and he tells me he would let me know ... after 7 days I'm still waiting for them to call me! ***** Update to 23/12 in reference to your answer: the answer confirms the superficiality with which you treat the customer in the after-sales service.The shop is in via Casilina 1877 and not Laurentina.If you want to public the contract with mattress and pillows. I keep waiting for your call as promised 10 days ago.

Several products on offer at really affordable prices. Congratulations to the staff, the experts Luisa and Valentina are really professional and very friendly. Now all that remains is to wait for the arrival of the new mattress signed "PerDormire" 🤩
