Excellent experience!! I am a new client and I dropped my Mercedes car off at 09:00 for a B7 service and was told it would be ready at 17:00 - and it was! Great service from Sandro, Gianluca, Massimiliano and Giorgio! My gratitude to them and my compliments to DMJ for having such professional, highly qualified, very service minded and genuinely friendly staff!

It goes without saying that only TOP brands are found here, but I did not expect to find TOP people, able to interface with customers and understand their needs. In particular the kindness, availability and professionalism of Michele Carlucci and Giorgio Barbieri. Really number 1 !!! Congratulations to DMJ for the choice of HIGH-level personnel and of course for the brands handled.

On Friday 28 August at 4:51 pm the engine warning light suddenly came on in my GLA 200D and the car was "limited" in driving. I was in Ostuni for the holidays and on Sunday I had to go back to Milan. I contacted the D.M.J. Brindisi (Reception / Workshop office) explaining the problem, my urgency (I return to Milan after 1 day) and asking if the following Saturday morning I could go to check the anomaly; the answer obtained was the following: “tomorrow morning I'm on a boat fishing”. So incredulous of the answer I repeated my request and received the same umpteenth reply. So I asked if they could wait for me (it was 5 pm and the workshop closed at 5:30 pm) and the answer was: "my guys travel 80 km a day to come to work". Incredulous also of this answer, I hung up the phone and phoned the Mercedes Benz in Moteiasi (Taranto) which received me at 8:30 on Saturday morning, made a diagnosis and resolved the anomaly in less than 1 hour. This negative comment of mine is not for the closure of the workshop on Saturday morning or for not having waited for me (including the technical time needed for the diagnosis), but I think it is unprofessional and unacceptable that a customer, foreigner, in difficulty, receives such replies from a Mercedes Benz employee. It would have been opportune and sufficient to inform you of their schedules and tell you that we could not be of help.
