In all not a great experience but in line with most government council offices it was a long disorganised wait but mainly caused by impaitent foreigners either pushing in regardless of ticket numbers and few staff to deal with queries got seen to in the end and only took a few minutes to solve but I guess we were lucky

It should be noted that the office has been reopened regularly and that there are no notices on the website or at the entrance regarding particular restrictions on access. I go personally to solve a problem and ask for explanations by running into a security guard who does not allow me to access the offices; he leaves me the switchboard number and tells me to contact him to resolve by phone. I call the switchboard that refuses to pass me any internal operator, telling me that I could solve it electronically. In light of this, I decide to contact the agency's call center as the last resort, and after 40 minutes of waiting I can speak to an operator, without however solving the problem. Result? The user is completely left in disarray. Sadness!!

Disorganization reigns supreme, mostly polite and helpful staff shortages, 25 minutes in a row just to take the ticket and book your shift and then, after a further wait, access the counter, in short an hour and five minutes of waiting , on a day with not too much turnout, to make a tax code.

Worse than Equitalia, we are in a tax dictatorship. And now that the Italians wake up. Many taxes and zero services. Taxes are not enough because the Italians have to pay the annuity s that the unproductive and corrupt parasites of the Politicians all.
