Embarassing! I was scammed on June 10, 2020, from then to now their only response was that I still have to wait for the processing time. Obviously all by phone, each time with a different operator and with different answers. For example: - How soon will I get an answer? 1 * within 10 days 2 * within 30 days 3 * within 120 days I have not spoken to any manager and to request contact with them you have to send a request from the forum contact us from the website that bank !, you have to report to a department that has nothing to do with it which in turn turns the request and guess? ? In response, they send you an email with the wording to wait. If you call? You are answered by an office that does not know how to answer you and invites you to send communication via the forum. Conclusions? I gave my money to you in custody and I think I need to be protected.

The ATM in Piazza Kennedy is very slow, it often freezes and if the card is from another bank it is sent to Milan creating big problems because then it's up to you to do it again ... if you have encountered problems that you can't solve I highly recommend closing it the ATM machine!
