They say there is anyone can speak english in bank. We waited for 2 hours and they said if i cant speak italian i cant have an account. People doesnt seen they intrested to have more costumers

Bad service, 2 weeks to have an ATM plus an additional week to enable the card to withdraw more than 250 euros. Practically 3 weeks before the ATM is active in all its functions. I had a regular appointment for the withdrawal of the new ATM but I could not withdraw and I was not specified on the phone that the cash desks are closed during the afternoons, although I explicitly requested the information at the time of booking. On the other hand, telephone pressing to use home banking which is of no interest to me.

I suggest to this office, given that it is the central office to carry out checks on branches and on the behavior of employees and directors. I have been a customer for 40 years but I left because of abuse and arrogance of the staff in via Cassino. Today I am in a bank where at the first ring they answer the phone where they are punctual and very polite .... not like Unicredit! Adios !!
