Lack of communication and professionalism.
A trivial example I call the secretary for an appointment (they don't give them for the withdrawal despite the covid) and at my request she tells me the opening hours but she doesn't tell me that they have changed the location.
Rudeness and disrespect for the paying customer. Education zero (on the phone she said "shut up")
