I needed for mine two rabbits and they solved both of my available situations, kind and above all competent Thanks a lot.

I was a client of the clinic for about 6 months, I always felt good but unfortunately an episode happened that convinced me to change the vet this Saturday. I have a 6-month-old puppy who had to take a sample, a vaccine and a standard checkup. The doctor who was to visit him I had never seen her before, she started the visit without putting the dog at ease or even being sniffed, the situation degenerated when then I was told that to calm the dog I had to go out of the room to get them then do the sampling with a muzzle. I believe that the doctor was unprofessional, very hasty (she didn't even check her teeth, ears and heartbeat) and above all very abrupt in handling a puppy that certainly needs her time and above all to be reassured. For the next two days, the dog was very agitated, even biting people with whom he normally dealt, which has never happened before.

Incapable in exotic animals .... I have almost killed the rabbit .... Always been followed in this study one day I brought it to them that was not good saying that for me the rabbit had a problem with my teeth blocked me telling me that the rabbit has the kidneys and bladder that work bad from there they started to eat me money in visits and examinations I got to spend more than 1000 € in a year for nothing and the rabbit got worse to the point of forming 2 big abscesses and roots of the incisors growing internally were filling his nasal passages complicating his breathing and risking dying from suffocation ... Now my rabbit is in a serious veterinary clinic not like this that think only and exclusively to the money .... I have them I opened my eyes explaining what I wrote .... moral of the story rabbit is to be operated and it is a big and delicate operation and having no more chance to pull out money we had to turn ere to an association of rabbits because the expense to be faced after all the money eaten by the phoenix for us is too high and we talked with this voluntary girl Dell association who told us that it was not the first time that rabbits came in such conditions from the vet the phoenix and that in the exotic are 2 incapable (just said by an association of rabbits) ... they want to be veterinarians but they are so attached to money that they do not think of anything else do not go there with exotic if you could give 0 - - stars
