A praise to mr. Luciano MURRU for solving, on January 2nd, a problem with my boiler that didn't want to know how to work. After contacting the customer service I was immediately contacted by, mr. Luciano who in an hour or so showed up at home for diagnosis and repair (which ended the next day after finding the missing piece). Punctuality, kindness and courtesy are definitely the strengths of this company whose owner is also an honest person. Thanks from Golfo Aranci
