Trained, friendly and helpful staff, especially Mr. Davide who knows how to behave very well when there are problems with shoes. Nike shoes VERY bad as always the uppers come off after one / six months ...... About a month has passed since the last change of deferred and kindly changed shoes (as per warranty right). These are the new shoes that after about a month from the change. Today 26 February I photographed the shoes that I changed on 20 February and after 6 days I am like that. The shoes are worn by a 17-year-old student who sits for about six to eight hours and who changes shoes when he returns. I have no words.

Council. Check 800 times before leaving number and shoes. Asked a 32 we arrived home with 2 dx 1 31 and 1 32. After returning back the next day (from the Maddalena to Olbia) we were told that they did not have the correct shoes and that we could also call (of course I gave them x phone) and they wanted them procured for us .... certainly another 100km so the diesel we pay for it. Attempting a substitution, we ask you to meet us at least to repay the trouble ... I don't say diesel time and the crying child ..... answer: it can't be done. PESSIMI customer loyalty is not their priority obviously in these places and it is a real shame because the clerk was also nice ..... but with us this company has closed. Absolutely BAD.

I would have expected more purchase advice.

Friendliness and courtesy. Joy and affability. Competent in giving advice .... and in listening to the customer. Accessible but in line with others in the same chain. That's the price .... that they do. No discounts. Unless .... not already established. Excellent quality as always found here. Given by the brand and the efficiency of the trained staff.
