I decided not to go back to this veterinary center, due to the poor reception of telephone calls. The first time I chased an appointment by phone, after 10 days from the first call. The second time I was hastily interrupted during my call, with the excuse of an urgent commitment and the reassurance of being called back soon. I'm still waiting! It is a treatment that I really want to spare! I went to another veterinary center.

The dog is not well. I call the usual rude replies, telling me that the vet would call me back because she is busy in surgery. Nobody called me back, I went to another vet.
