We visited Dondi di Settimo, greeted by Mrs. Patrizia very kind, prepared and professional, she answered all our doubts and performed on the fabric of the sofa that we liked a truly incredible demonstration of how resistant the type was. of fabric and stain resistant. After drawing the sofa of our wishes on the appropriate tablet, we finished the order. Now we are waiting for his arrival and then we will tell you if everything has lived up to our expectations based on what we have been told and demonstrated in the store. As a first part they certainly deserve 5 stars.

I must say that reading the reviews I began to worry, but I had to change my mind, the sofas ordered on 13 October 2020 arrived 2 weeks late, but there was not a problem. I was contacted for delivery and on time also 2 qualified people showed up with lots of protection devices, kindness and professionalism, they unwrapped and assembled the sofas paying the utmost attention to the material and the walls, at the end of the assembly and testing electrical devices explained to me how to use the head restraints. Well done and congratulations for both the staff and the material.

We have just purchased a sofa and four armchairs after receiving confirmation of the compromise for the home. The interior designer who followed us step by step was Michele, professional, kind and non-invasive, who gave us super advice from day one, even when the house was not yet certain. Keep it up!!! I forgot ... super top sofas and contemporary models, light years away from competing brands in the same range.

I entered GG ago from Dondi in Settimo t.se, I was immediately welcomed by Mrs. Patrizia who showed us the whole exhibition by answering all our questions very professionally, then having a cat, she showed us a fabric particular anti-scratch and anti-stain that I would consider amazing, beautiful and soft to the touch and what I thought extraordinary did an incredible demonstration in front of us of holding and stain removal of blue pen ink by pouring alcohol directly on it; the stain has completely vanished and once dried the fabric was perfect again without a halo and without being stains anymore, in short, never seen such a fantastic fabric. Then at the time of the technical drawing on the composition of the sofa as we wanted it, it proved to be really safe and prepared in all phases of the order. So for now 5 stars are more than deserved ... Then I will let you know if the times (2 months) are respected as I have been told and if the sofa fully meets our expectations like the one we saw on display. For now in the first phase very satisfied.

On 5 October I bought 2 sofas, one of which is a bed, with mandatory delivery by 3 December. On 1 December, having not yet received any news about it, I contact the salesperson of Dondi Salotti di Settimo T.se, where an arrogant and superficial seller liquidates me by inviting me to send an email to the production as she had people in the shop. Read carefully the sales contract regarding the delivery, I feel cheated !!!! I will NEVER buy a sofa from Dondi Salotti again, zero professionalism !!!! SHAMEFUL!!
