Bad personal experience: following my request to evaluate a possible breakdown, I found myself billed AT A SURPRISE for an amount that had not been in the least budgeted (for a job I had not confirmed to do!). To my request to talk about it to find an agreement, a letter from their lawyer with a payment reminder came in response. As for me, absolute lack of professionalism and bad relationship with the customer.
