Roman walls from the Augustan period that start from the Arch of Augustus up to incorporate the Porta della Mandria. Very well preserved

The walls of Fano surround part of the city towards the sea and part of the Via Flaminia towards the arch of Augustus. Perfectly restored and illuminated, they are also partially accessible near the door and the Arch of Augustus.

Walls of the ninth century A.D. 1552, the longest and best preserved Roman walls created for the defense of the City of Fano. First built by the Romans and then enlarged by the Malatesta.
