When in a shop like this they tell you: - we do not sell locks, we only mount them at home. - either I entered the wrong shop by entering someone else or they got the wrong name ... They sent me to a common hardware store after having "repackaged" me between a salesman and the other in a not very polite way ... And they sent me to a common hardware store ... 2 stars because at least they sent me to a hardware store, which took 5 thanks to them.

In my opinion Andrea is a great professional, by phone he immediately found an important piece of my lock, I went to get it and in the evening he helped me with the installation by phone, even if it was 8.30 ... giving instructions electronically denotes a great knowledge of the subject, really good. It is also difficult to find such professional and helpful people: for sure if I shop for locks and the like, I will contact them even if I live 120 km away. My wife had the Panda remote out of order. FIAT had asked him € 150 to restore it. At Lockmaster they fixed it for him for FREE. Moral: VERY COMPETENT, FAST and even non-venial. Exceptional.
