Assia is a wonderful person, she carries out her work with passion and gives her joy to know how to restore well-being, she is attentive to every movement ... (especially to mine which I often do the other way around 😜), .. and to every creak explaining exactly which part of the body arises. Since I started classes with her I feel great, I no longer have back or neck pain ... she relaxes me a lot. Keep it up Hesse💪😍

Assia is a young professional, who has many specializations and experience, but always active in the study of new disciplines that enrich her curriculum! As a giroronic trainer she is attentive to the study of the client's body and then constantly improves it with the practice of the girotonic! What pleasantly surprised me about Assia, apart from the now proven professionalism and competence, is its dedication and attention to my every single joint movement. NOTHING escapes you! When I leave her studio I feel lighter and more relaxed. Keep it up 💪!

The lessons at Assia are very accurate and tailored to the student's specific needs and limits. The movement was followed to make it progressively more fluid and natural. Typically after each lesson I feel the body that has freed itself of "blockages" and a feeling of relaxation.
