Great hotel, great staff and fantastic location!

BAD, if you want to throw your money away this is the place. Thanks to "absurd" clauses on enrollment contracts, they ensure payment for the entire period marked on the contract. Due to covid19, all the structures have reimbursed the closing periods, they have NO FREEZE THE PACKAGES, and if an unforeseen event has arisen related to the health of the member (recognized invalid), the response to the request to transfer the subscription to another family member was "NO, there are people with much more serious problems, and we have not refunded or changed names let alone if we do in your case". Not to mention the numerous inefficiencies noticed in the precovid19 period of activity, showers splashing everywhere, hairdryers exploding while the children dry their hair, etc etc. We may have lost some money, but you do it, showing yourself for what you are venal, and not at all attentive to customer problems. Humanity and professionalism ZERO

Beautiful hotel, as in the photos. Very clean, and very courteous and kind staff. The only flaw, a little rich breakfast.

Experience not to be redone We paid for a trial for my 5-year-old daughter (€ 15.00) I was not asked about the child's health condition or if she had eaten that she was immediately introduced into the water I was able to meet the instructor only on my request Cash and advance payment for the whole year or deferred only on credit card Beautiful Location Clean and well kept It has only been open for two years.
