I've been going to the gym for a month now and I think I started with the right gym. Excellent service: kindness, respected distancing (covid period) and excellent advice In general, the trainers are very good at making us understand how to do it correctly

Large and clean facility with all kinds of equipment, very kind staff as well as being helpful and prepared. Really good value for money, the only flaw is that they do not make cards designed for each person but they seem taken from the internet.

Maybe they got the name wrong, because instead of “UpLevel” it should be “LevelDown” !! Bad gym, disorganization to the limits of the bearable and intrusive staff who give outrageous advice, really ridiculous and not very competent. I state that I have been training for about 6/7 years, I am young and very flexible, so I adapt to different situations and I understand that, at times, you have to "make do" .. I went to several gyms, but in this one they don't let you breathe! We are in full COVID-19 emergency, so it is right for everyone to respect the rules and wear a mask, however you find the staff on you every two minutes, ready to repeat it to you practically at every exercise, without giving you time to breathe. They want to be professional but they do not enforce the minimum distance of one meter between one tool and another, they have only one cleaning station to clean tools and practically it is an all-against-all with no space to do absolutely anything. Even in the locker room I felt super pressed and practically forced to get out of the gym as soon as possible. I understand everything, but you can't stress me like this if you don't enforce the safety distance between the tools, you don't set a limit of people who can enter at the same time, you don't put toilets up to it .. how sad and silly. If you really want to go, do not train in the afternoon, since it is impossible to keep even only 30 cm of distance between people, since a maximum limit of people who can enter at the same time does not exist !!

This review is for the office located in Via Argine. 0 professionalism, 0 affability, staff not up to the management. Overcrowding, non-existent instructors, training cards not made on a person basis but taken like duck fishing
