I go there to buy two of my favorite brands: wycon and Sandro Ferrone which are not present as single-brand stores in Potenza. For this I put 4 stars. On cosmetics the orders are careful and kind. I don't know about clothing, I never asked the girls present for advice. For the rest, a very normal Coin.

Well-stocked shop, with courteous and competent shop assistants. They have different brands in addition to the Coin one. In the sales season you can make some very affordable purchases.

Absurd staff, very slow at the checkout. In addition to the insult: I had been waiting for 15 minutes for the cashier to wrap something to a customer and the cashier herself told me that she would do it immediately and to wait with a little patience. I'm doing. When it comes to my turn, another clerk tells me that the row is on the other side of the counter (30cm) where in the meantime she had placed goods from other customers. After half an hour he put me in another queue. Result: I left everything and went away shocked and confused. Goodbye Coin Power

Bad experience. I changed three products. I have been issued 3 receipts for each item with the corresponding value. After the lockdown, after a few months, after having carefully placed them in a paper bag, they faded and although the barcode code is still legible, they were not accepted, on the contrary, they were even thrown away. I lost 25 €! It is unexceptionable that in 2020 they are not able to issue a gift card or something that after a short time does not fade even like the receipt of a normal supermarket. And from the moment this happens it is a duty on the part of the staff that the money given to them in the past be recognized to me since the mistake is theirs, as well as the savings even for the ink.
