Fraudulent!
We ordered several pieces from this company, paid in advance and never received the shipment despite a number of complaints. I consider this business a fraud.
communication to be reviewed, left a text message 4 days after the order, remained unanswered, no notification email, called twice and in the end they say that the product was not available due to covid and stopped imports. I wonder when they wanted to let me know ... the only thing quick was the paypal refund. I add that I buy from any cutlery site and no one has ever made excuses for the covid, I conclude by saying that the article in question is no longer in production, so if they do not have it, it is not the fault of the covid and the import stops !! Update the site and do not give nonsense answers, thanks.
