I purchased a Stokke high chair online that was delivered to me damaged. Although I notified the store immediately, the product was not replaced immediately, although it was available. After a few days I was informed that they would replace me, but only if I had sent the defective product back to me at my own expense and only after having received it. I pointed out that the damaged product did not have to be delivered to me anyway and that, in any case, the cost of the transporter did not have to be borne by me: but there was nothing to do. One final comment: PESSIMO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
