I was hesitant in this choice. I'm just at the beginning and the road is still long. But I can assure you that these guys are great ... it doesn't even feel like being with new people ... you quickly become part of a circle of friends. It is certainly not the usual everyday jog, but no one points a gun at you if you fail to complete each course. Everyone has their own times and growth is subjective based on commitment, as in any field of life. Some people train for years to get to certain levels. There is work to be done ... really a lot. It is "ONLY" 1 hour of activity, but rest assured that you will remember it until the next course. Obviously all this accompanied by the smiles and professionalism of the coaches and without forgetting the laughter with the training companions. So for those who want to discover their limits and overcome them, this is for you. NEVER GIVES UP ... Thanks guys from the CNT CROSSFIT

Cozy and familiar box. New and usable equipment. Many classes organized throughout the day, easily presentable thanks to the appropriate App. Excellent organization to deal with the Covid emergency. To try, even for beginners who approach the discipline the first time.

I started the experience at the box two years ago and it was love at first sight, a completely free, beautiful, adrenaline-filled, engaging training system. I see the crossfit in everyday life, it helps us overcome our limitations regardless of the skills we have when we start. I would recommend anyone to start, it's a sport that really gives you so much.
