I have already made two purchases for the creation of a bespoke bed and subsequently three furniture for the room always (sketched by me and faithfully reproduced). I found myself very well, the staff is really kind and helpful (I don't really understand who has put negative reviews for this) the professionalism is high and I am very happy to have unique handmade pieces with quality material at home at a price really competitive. Living far away and in an area very badly managed by Italian couriers, my material nevertheless arrived perfectly packed, followed 100% by the shop managers. Recommended without a shadow of a doubt

Order (from around 800 euros) of two wooden sinks. No one corresponds to the ordered measures. One came with a different and less valuable material than the order. The customer service replies to me that the mistake is theirs, and they would have repaid the price difference of the wrong material of 80 euros. The figure is ridiculous as I only recognize the economic difference in the price list of the material and does not include the difference in thickness measurements. I passed the case to my lawyer, but no one ever answered him despite more solicitations. Very bad experience.
