Very little assistance and inexistent professionalism. Once the product is sold and a boat of money is paid, they no longer think of you ... If you have a problem, you have to hire a lawyer to protect your interests. Despite a series of calls and emails they do not call you back ... You become a number of their turnover. They do not have the after-sales customer culture. Mobilificio sconsigliatissimo !!
Excellent is an understatement! We bought from them the bedroom, hall and dining room: from the beginning to the moment of assembly, they were really professional, patient, courteous, helpful. In short, RELIABLE at all times! 100% recommended for home decor.
They also have a vast display of furniture for all tastes and economic possibilities.
