Personally I was very disappointed. I did the visual merchandising course in September 2019. As for the classroom part, I can't complain, professional and prepared professors even if it is unthinkable to teach all the notions of visual in just one week (especially the cost incurred is absolutely not proportionate at the duration of the course).
My biggest criticism is addressed to the second phase of the course: the internship in the company. No student was a minimum follow-up in the choice, there was no comparison or talk and decide together with the tutor the best place to do the internship. I expected such a service as I paid handsomely for the internship opportunity. It is true that the final choice would be up to the school but there was not even a minimum of comparison with the students. I was totally disappointed when I later found out that the same company where the internship was held had been offered to all the students of the course. This for me is not working with seriousness and professionalism. And I'm sorry I invested so much money and had to make sacrifices for being made fun of in this way.
In 2019 I graduated in Architecture Sciences from the Faculty of Architecture of Genoa. I was very undecided whether or not to face the successes two years of specialization, but I felt I had the inclination in a specific direction. In fact, it is my unbridled passion for interior design, I love to touch fabrics, materials and browse all the magazines, so emotionally involved in this area, I decided to take this path. A few months after the proclamation, therefore, I decided to enroll in the Master in Interior Design at the Italian Design Institute in Milan. Full immersion trained me a lot and in a short time. Professionals in the sector have squeezed us to the core, enriching us with information, making this experience truly unique and formative. I deepened programs that I already knew and others of which I was not aware, such as Arredocad and Archicad. We have addressed key issues in the sector such as the design of interior spaces (private and public), the use of innovative and eco-innovative materials, the design of green spaces and lighting. Meeting daily with colleagues from different sectors and with different ages and experiences was really useful and certainly highly experiential. I take this opportunity to thank the teachers, who followed me on this journey, and Simona, our tutor, who from the first day cradled us and prepared us for what we would have to face in the classroom phase. Now I have a greater awareness of what my professional and professional path is and a greater mastery of the surrounding space and of the history of interior design. I recommend this Master to those who want to undertake the world of Interior Design with innovation.
I'm attending a master's degree in Yacht Design at this institute: it is structured in several phases, a first with FAD, a second one consisting of a 15-day classroom experience at a shipyard, the elaboration of an individual project and an internship 200 hours.
I have just completed the experience in the classroom and I can say that I am making a really useful, formative experience and also suitable for those who are already working.
An unforgettable, professional experience.
A magical place where I can start giving life to my dreams.
Fantastic teachers and collaborators!
Not modern structure, I did not like the advice received but overall I can give a positive review for the program and teachers!
