If you are a foreigner with low level of Italian and need emergency help this clinic is for sure for you! The most reliable doctors! I had problems with getting my cat outside of EU zone and they helped me so much with information with all documents and etc! Ye it's more expansive than normal ones but believe me you can give your lovely small friend and don't care about anything. they will love it and treat like at home!
Had to visit here during a travel emergency. Even though the staff and doctors didn't speak English perfectly and had to since I didn't speak any Italian, their efforts to understand my explanation and my cat's health problem were exceptional. They did tests, gave recommendations and even followed up with me to make sure things were OK. Even pricing was not too high and they were so friendly. Highly recommend!
