Today I went to the town hall to carry out a file at the registry office. To my amazement I hung (then confirmed by the very kind and helpful secretary) that the luminous panel indicating the reservation and therefore call numbers has been out of use for some time and the only secretary is forced to get up to call the number .... this, in addition to a considerable waste of time, is not very effective, since there were about twenty people present ... result for a practice of a few minutes I took an hour and a half. I think this situation is a bad presentation for the efficiency of our municipal administration, since it is not really a good example of efficiency for us citizens. I think that first of all the initial system should be restored, secondly strengthen the service that from the information collected and always very long, with infinite expectations.
