Sacrario Militare di Monte Suello

The place commemorates a battle fought by the Garibaldians during the Third War of Independence. The inscriptions on the facade recall the circumstances in a pompous but inspired tone. Unfortunately, the Memorial, as indicated by the sign plate, is fenced and not accessible, although the state of conservation - at least on the outside - is fortunately good. There is a large dirt space immediately below the place.

Small mausoleum of the Garibaldi war ... Located in the place where the battle of Mount Suello was fought between Garibaldi and the Austrians ... Won by the Garibaldians ... Garibaldi was also injured here .... Cause of the vandalism .. today it is opened little ... But it remains a piece of history ..

Too bad not having been able to visit inside because it was closed. A bit of extraordinary maintenance would only do good for this place dear to the homeland.
