Ho trovato questo mobilificio il posto giusto per ogni esigenza di arredo!
Nel negozio di Figline Valdarno sono stata seguita dalla signorina Vanessa, che preparatissima, disponibile e gentile, ha trovato la soluzione ideale per la mia cucina dei sogni!
Direi il top sia nei materiali che l'azienda sceglie sia nell'assistenza che danno per la scelta e il gusto del tuo arredamento !
Very disappointed ... after-sales assistance non-existent ... I discovered, during the lockdown, that the sink and the kitchen top were not fixed to the underlying cabinet ... I called assistance in June and they told me they were full of orders to be processed and if I could wait a month. I called back in July and they finally opened the reporting procedure ... And I was not contacted by anyone ... I called back in September by reminding me and replying that they would immediately reopen another reminder ... we are in mid-October and everything is silent ... I am disappointed not only have they not fitted the kitchen well but they do not provide customer support but they have taken the money ... so easy ...
In looking for the purchase of a living room, we had the pleasure of being followed by arch. Vanessa, super helpful, very kind and above all well prepared to find the best solutions for us. We will definitely be back. Thank you
