Very interesting and very nice Martina museum who guided us to its discovery. It is nice to see such passionate young people, who care about the preservation and rediscovery of the historical memory of their country. The path of the bunkers is also interesting but in my opinion very difficult and demanding, it is good to equip yourself with trekking boots and also poles for the descent.

Museum of the Second World War rich in finds. The visit to the remains of the bunkers is interesting. Praise to the volunteers who made this possible. An experience not to be missed in order not to forget.

I saw many objects and learned many things, both about the first and the second world war. From here the Gothic line passed. Thanks to the very prepared and kind Martina who accompanied us as a guide in the various rooms of the war museum in Pianosinatico.

Educational excursions Gothic Line in Pianosinatico This excursion starts from a large curve to the right after Pianosinatico towards the abetone, with a large gray house, called the Voltata. From here two routes start, one shorter but immediately uphill yellow, from 1.5 km and a longer red one from 8. We started with the red one that climbs more gently and gradually, which then rejoins the yellow one. which will all turn out downhill. The route is quite demanding and very little frequented, alternating flat sections with small climbs, points where the path is wide, others where it becomes narrow, in the midst of secular trees that let in little light; the scent of wood and moss is intoxicating, the ground entirely covered with a carpet of leaves, which muffles the sound of footsteps so that everywhere a heavy and surreal silence reigns, which makes the civilized world completely forget. Halfway through the path the forest opens up and looks like a garden, with small fir trees, blue, yellow and pink flowers. We also found a tiny spider mouse lost by mom that we hope will survive. The route develops along what was the Gothic line during the Second World War, The defensive line of the Germans against the American liberation offensive: this is therefore an educational path through various outposts and bunkers where soldiers were stationed, now only stones, but who have seen a dramatic piece of our history. This path has been rediscovered thanks to the passion of some inhabitants who love history and their land, who have also set up a small themed museum in the heart of the village, with testimonies and finds from the 2nd war. The group is called Laltrolato del caposaldo.

Museum on the history of the Gothic line, truly detailed and curated by true enthusiasts, full of original objects and many contents, extended by trekking routes among the German bunkers of the IIWW, including one faithfully reconstructed. I highly recommend.
