Nalin was wonderful in terms of taking care of every single requirement... ferry tickets, directions, taxi, breakfast, room amenities .... good peaceful locale too and only 5 min far busy old Napoli city market ...

Our family went to Napoli to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday. We rented the entire floor of 133 Santa Lucia, which houses 5 en suite rooms as well as a large communal area where we could hang out. The place was perfect! It was very clean and modern and the beds extremely comfortable. It gave us a chance to retreat when we needed space and a place to be together. The area was very convenient and we took long walks on the promenade of the harbor. The owners were extremely helpful and answered our MANY questions. We had the wonderful Rodrigo take such great care of us. He made us a delicious breakfast every morning and saw that all our needs were met. When my mother was not feeling well Sudesh and Mujit took such great care of her. We were so grateful for the hospitality, kindness and good will. It's a wonderful place to stay in such a hectic city. We highly recommend it. Thank you to all the staff.
