Few ruins remain of the castle but the museum built in its place preserves remains of the succession of historical events. The keeper of the castle was a splendid guide who took us through the ruins and in the museum illustrating events and personalities that made this place important

Low admission price, very nice visit to the cliff with the remains of the castle of the Countess Matilde of Canossa, very beautiful the display inside the renovated church with the display of finds recovered on site, beautiful reconstruction of the clothes of the X century and the model of the castle. A breathtaking view of the valleys, a visit highly recommended for lovers of history and walks in the middle of nature.
